These General Terms and Conditions apply to all agency services between Natural Feeling Stuttgart (Arabella Marketing) and the customer. By booking an escort companionship, the customer accepts these terms.
Natural Feeling Stuttgart arranges companionship by independent, part-time ladies for dinner, events, private dates and travel. The specific arrangement of the meeting is the sole responsibility of the arranged lady and the customer. Natural Feeling Stuttgart provides no services beyond this arrangement.
Bookings are made by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email or via the contact form. The contract between customer and lady is only formed upon confirmation by Natural Feeling Stuttgart. A minimum lead time of 2 hours must be observed.
The fee is handed over at the start of the meeting in cash (Euro) in an unsealed envelope directly to the lady. The fees are final prices incl. apartment costs and travel costs within 20 km. Extensions must be agreed and paid for before the booked time expires.
Cancellations up to 2 hours before the appointment are free of charge. For later cancellation or customer no-show, a compensation fee of 100 € may be charged. For home or hotel visits, already incurred travel costs may additionally apply.
The customer confirms being of legal age and free from mental, physical or infectious diseases that could endanger others. The customer must treat the lady respectfully and considerately. Violence, coercion or violations of the lady's dignity will result in immediate termination of the meeting without refund.
The arranged lady has the right to end the meeting at any time if she feels uncomfortable or threatened. She decides independently on the course of the meeting. Absolute discretion is self-evident.
Natural Feeling Stuttgart is only liable for damages based on intentional or grossly negligent behaviour. No liability is assumed for the behaviour of the arranged ladies or the course of the meeting. The customer acts at their own responsibility.
All data collected in the course of booking is treated confidentially and used exclusively for processing the booking. There is no disclosure to third parties. Details see privacy policy.
Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart, where legally permissible.
